Participating vendors agree to provide 10 free “99 with a flake” ice creams, funded via a £25 contribution from Find A Treat.

2. Participation Requirements

By participating, vendors agree to:

• Honour up to 10 free redemptions during the Promotion.
• Provide the specified product (99 with a flake) unless otherwise agreed.

3. Redemption Process

• Customers must present the Find A Treat app at the point of redemption.
• Vendors must verify the app before issuing the free item.
• After each redemption, vendors must mark the item as “gone” within the app to maintain accurate availability.

4. Allocation Management

• Vendors must not exceed the allocated 10 free items.
• Once all 10 items are marked as redeemed, the offer must no longer be honoured.
• The app will reflect when all items are gone.

5. Payment & Funding

• Vendors have received £25 to cover the cost of participation.
• No additional reimbursement will be provided beyond this amount.

6. Conduct & Experience

• Vendors are expected to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Vendors must not refuse valid redemptions unless:
• Allocation has been exhausted
• The app is not presented
• There are genuine operational constraints (e.g. stock unavailable)
  

7. Availability

• Participation should align with the vendor’s normal trading hours.
• Vendors are responsible for managing stock levels during the Promotion.

8. Misuse

• Vendors must not mark items as redeemed without providing the product.
• Any misuse of the system may result in removal from the platform.

9. Liability

• Vendors are responsible for product quality, hygiene, and service.
• Find A Treat is not liable for operational issues at vendor level.

10. Changes & Removal

• Find A Treat reserves the right to remove vendors from the Promotion if terms are not followed.
