We deliver worldwide, so no matter where you are, your favourite Find A Treat merch can make its way to your doorstep.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (UK)

• International Delivery: 5–10 working days (depending on destination)
  We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order’s on its way, along with tracking details where available.

💌 Order Processing

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. During busy seasons or special launches, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your treat! If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
