How to Set Up Your Van Listing

Sign Up as a Vendor
When prompted, choose "I'm selling treats" to set up a vendor account. Enter your name, email, password and your business details including your telephone number and the name and type of your treat van.

Upload a photo of your van or logo, add your menu, include your social media links and write a short description so customers know exactly what to expect before they visit.

Go Live on the Map
When you are open and trading, go to the Home tab and toggle Share Location. You will instantly appear on the live map for nearby customers to find you. You can also set a fixed location or schedule auto-stopping times.

What is a Ping?
A Ping sends an instant push notification to all Find A Treat users within a 3 mile radius of your current location, letting them know you are open and nearby. It is one of the most effective ways to drive footfall to your van quickly.
What types of vans can list on Find A Treat?
Any mobile treat vendor is welcome. This includes ice cream vans, coffee vans, food vans, dessert vans, crepe vans, waffle vans and any other mobile treat business.
How do customers find my van?
When you go live on the map, your van appears as a pin for all nearby customers using the Find A Treat app. Customers can also follow your van and receive alerts whenever you go live in their area.
Can I set a fixed location instead of sharing live GPS?
Yes. If you trade from a fixed pitch or regular spot, you can set a fixed location on the map rather than sharing your live GPS. You can also schedule auto-stopping times so the app knows when you are closed.
What is included in Premium?
Premium gives you unlimited Pings every month, access to the real-time customer map, priority listing on the map and advanced profile features. It is £14.99 per month and you can cancel any time.
