How to Use the Find a Treat App - For Vendors
Welcome to Find a Treat – we’re thrilled to have you on board!
This guide is here to help you get set up and make the most of your listing. Whether you’re an ice cream van, food van, or local treat provider, these steps will make sure nearby treat-seekers can find you easily.

Download the App
Find a Treat is available on both iOS and Android.

Sign Up
Once installed, open and choose “I’m selling treats” when asked to select your account type. Next, complete the Join Find a Treat form by entering your name, email address, and password, followed by your business details such as telephone number and the name and type of your treat van.

Update Your Profile
After creating your account, you can upload a photo of your van or logo, add an image of your menu, and include links to your social media pages to help customers connect with you online.

Share Your Location
Once your profile is ready, go to the Home tab and toggle Share Location to show your live position on the map, you’ll appear to nearby users who are looking for treats. You can also set a fixed location or schedule auto-stopping times.

Send A Notification
Every vendor receives 5 free notifications (Pings) when signing up, which can be used to alert users within a three-mile radius when you’re open. After using your free Pings, you can purchase additional notifications for £1.99 each or upgrade to Premium for £14.99 per month, giving you unlimited notifications and access to the real-time customer map.
